Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applies to tours, excursions, and transfer services booked on this website for customers in Türkiye.

1. General Principles

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is issued by GOLDEN COAST TRAVEL LTD, trading as Clickyourguide (www.clickyourguide.com).By booking a tour or activity through our platform, you acknowledge and accept the following cancellation and refund terms.

2. Reservation Service Fee (Deposit)

  •  All payments made to Clickyourguide at the time of booking constitute a reservation service fee(commission).
  •  This fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  •  The reservation service fee covers online booking, customer support, and intermediary services provided byClickyourguide.

3. Balance Payment (Direct to Provider)

  • The remaining balance of the tour price must be paid directly to the Provider on the day of the tour, unlessotherwise stated. 
  • Refunds for this balance payment are the sole responsibility of the Provider and are subject exclusively to the Provider’s own cancellation policy.
  • Clickyourguide (GOLDEN COAST TRAVEL LTD) shall not be held liable for any refund of the balance payment.

4. Provider Cancellation

  •  If the Provider cancels the tour or fails to deliver the service, the Customer may be entitled to a refund of the reservation service fee, at the sole discretion of Clickyourguide (GOLDEN COAST TRAVEL LTD).
  •  Customers may also request rescheduling or an alternative service, subject to Provider availability.

5. Customer Cancellation

  •  If a Customer cancels the booking for any reason, the reservation service fee remains non-refundable.
  •  Any refund for the balance payment must be requested directly from the Provider, in line with their cancellation policy.

6. Force Majeure

  – Neither Clickyourguide (GOLDEN COAST TRAVEL LTD) nor the Provider shall be held liable for cancellations
or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  •  Severe weather conditions
  •  Natural disasters
  •  Strikes or government restrictions
  •  Political unrest
  •  Health emergencies
   – In such cases, Customers will be offered either:
  1.  Rescheduling of the tour at no additional cost, subject to Provider availability, or
  2.  A full refund of all payments made, including the reservation service fee and any balance payments already received by the Provider.

7. Refund Processing

  •  Refunds of reservation service fees (if applicable) are processed only by Clickyourguide (GOLDEN COAST TRAVEL LTD).
  •  Refunds of balance payments are processed solely by the respective Provider.
  •  Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, within 14 business days of approval.

8. Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
